Enchanted Garden Resort is a uniquely traditional Bali Wellness Resort in the countryside of Ubud, Bali. It represents a modern interpretation of the traditional Indonesian circular house and is specifically designed as a retreat centre, focusing on traditional therapies, spa treatments, organic cuisine, yoga and meditation.
Set amidst tropical gardens and rice fields, this property boasts a restaurant, private yoga shala, outdoor swimming pool and onsite spa. Each of the 11 private rooms are housed in huts surrounded by greenery and are appointed with a seating area as well as a terrace which overlooks the pool and/or garden.
Dining is available at the onsite restaurant, where vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free meals will be prepared.

Daily yoga classes on this retreat will be accessible for all and filled with mindful practices with an emphasis on the breath and connecting to the body- leaving you feeling quiet, grounded and peaceful. Meditation sessions will focus on enhancing concentration, centering the mind and fostering relaxation. Level 1 Reiki immersion will invite you to explore self-Reiki and the impact it can have on daily living.
Liz has been a yoga, Reiki and meditation guide for over a decade and believes that yoga is beneficial for EVERY-body. With time, practice and self-exploration, Liz has come to understand that yoga is a holistic practice that provides time for each of us to pause and connect to the body, breath, mind, heart and spirit.
The practice of yoga transformed her entire life from the inside out. Leaving the traditional teaching world and third-grade classroom behind, she now shares yoga and mindfulness with children and adults through her yoga studio, Serendipity Yoga and Wellness. Liz enjoys leading retreats locally and around the world while sharing her love of Kundalini and Hatha styles of yoga, Reiki, Ayurveda and feminine moon cycles.
