YOUR HOSTS ELLEN & KATE:
My name is Ellen, founder of Sobriety Sisterhood and Mum of 3.
I am a Sobriety and Well being Coach, helping people achieve their sobriety, fitness and nutrition goals. My clients work with me towards finding freedom from alcohol and building a healthier life. I am a qualified personal trainer, yoga teacher, nutritionist and sobriety coach with over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry. After years of being an ‘enthusiastic drinker’ I am now a proud Sober Rebel after giving up alcohol in December 2018. Sobriety has brought me clarity, motivation and confidence to face my fears. I am passionate about helping others achieve the same, and build the life they want and deserve. In my free time you will find me love hiking, climbing, and travelling
My name is Kate, a proud affiliate of Sobriety Sisterhood.
I am a personal trainer, recovery nutrition specialist and sober coach and I have been supporting women get and stay sober since leaving rehab in March 2020. My journey to becoming alcohol free was triggered by severe post partum depression and history of social anxiety. I literally woke up in the middle of the night after a week of heavy drinking and said, “ENOUGH! This is not the life I want to live. I want and deserve more for myself.” Since taking my power back from alcohol, I have thrived. My marriage is stronger than ever, and my kids are grateful to have a present mother help them navigate the challenges of growing up. My sobriety gave me the freedom to create the life that I wanted to live and I am passionate about helping women do the same. When I’m not chasing after my 3 kids, you can find me reading, studying German, and doing ALL the sports.
