Not at all. Many of our most successful hosts were first-timers. We guide you through every step of the process — from structuring your programme to communicating with guests. Our team's local expertise covers all the logistical complexity so you can focus on your content and connection.
We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance to secure the best venues and ensure ample time for planning. However, for smaller groups we can sometimes accommodate bookings with as little as 6–8 weeks' notice. Contact us and we'll assess availability for your desired dates.
Our packages are designed for groups of 5 and above. Smaller, more intimate retreats (5–10 guests) can be beautifully accommodated in private villas, while larger groups of 20+ can take over entire eco-resorts or multi-villa compounds.
We provide you with a fully costed package at a wholesale rate — this covers venue, meals, activities, transport, and our coordination. You then set your own retail price to your guests. The difference between what you charge and what you pay us is 100% your profit. There's no revenue share or hidden commission.
Yes. We assist with host visas, business activity permits, and any local government requirements relevant to running a retreat in Bali. As an Indonesian-registered company, we are well-versed in local compliance and keep our hosts protected.
Bali's dry season runs from April to October, with July and August being peak months. These months offer the most reliable weather and stunning scenery. The shoulder months of April–June and September–October offer the perfect balance of good weather and fewer crowds. We can host retreats year-round and will advise based on your specific programme and group preferences.
Absolutely. The programme is your canvas. You bring your workshops, teachings, and facilitation. We then layer in optional Balinese cultural experiences, healing ceremonies, excursions, and wellness activities to support and complement your vision. Every retreat is built from scratch to match your unique offering.
