Soul Bliss Journeys is excited to work with you to bring your Retreat to Bali. We are passionate about Bali and our extensive knowledge has enabled us to make it easier than ever to bring your dreams to life. Our experienced Team will guide you, every step of the way.

WHAT'S INCLUDED WHEN YOU WORK WITH US:

  • We will quote your retreat per person based on your choices below. We have a minimum group size of 10 guests, and a minimum retreat length of 7 nights (Some flexibility for shorter retreats) you can co-host if you wish and bring more than 10 attendees, let us know how many hosts and the desired group size and we will quote you accordingly.  Please note, for retreat's with more than 11 people, not all accommodation options are available, also not all of our accommodations are listed on this page so please ask if you are looking for something else, also that your quote will be based on the numbers you have stated you will bring, any additional costs for lower numbers will come from the leaders margin and not from Soul Bliss Journeys.  

  • The Host (you) comes for free. Everything your students have applies to you, plus you get your own private room.

  • 7 nights accommodation that includes daily breakfast.

  • Welcome Ceremony and Dinner on Day 1. 

  • Full use of Yoga Shala / Workshop area

  • Full Operational & Logistics Services

  • Airport Transfers 

  • Working Permit to host your Retreat 

  • All transport to and from Activities.

  • Marketing material - Once you give us the outline of what you would like to offer, we will create a beautiful itinerary for you to send to your clients, create a flyer and add you to our website to promote bookings for you with a direct link back to you.

  • Find suitable restaurants / meals to meet dietary requirements.

  • Pick up any necessary supplies (within reason) and be on call 24/7 to help during the your retreat. Our job is to prepare your full schedule, your drivers and everything you need so you can run your Retreat.

  • A team member from Soul Bliss Journeys will meet you and your guests on your first day for the Welcome Ceremony and we will supply a Welcome Gift Pack to each person that includes some handy gifts. Our aim is to make your Retreat as stress free as possible for you and your guests. If you require a team member to be present on your retreat each day, we can discuss that for a extra fee.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Have your own Terms & Conditions for your clients. Soul Bliss Journeys is a wholesale company and we deal directly with you. We are happy to help you with these to help you make sure that they align with our terms. 

  • Collect payments from your own clients, unless your have made other arrangements with Soul Bliss Journeys.

  • Send the required documents to Soul Bliss Journeys, eg flight Itineraries for each guest and your Passport. You must have a minimum of 6 months validity left on your Passport to enter Indonesia.

  • Provide us with your information to include in the Itinerary. Example: If you are teaching, the name of your workshop and what you are teaching. We will send you a client questionnaire with all the details we need to add you to our website and make your flyers and itinerary.

  • Have a landing page or a link for us to send your clients to for payment. Our website landing page will have a link back to you.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE ON WHAT TO DO NEXT:

  • Contact us for a discovery call, write down any questions that may arise, so we can answer them. 

  • Choose Activities from the list.

  • Choose extra meals if required.

  • Choose a date and we will confirm if it's available. We recommend booking at least 4-6 months ahead to give you time to fill your Retreat. However the choice is entirely up to you.

  • Once you have you quote and are happy with it and a date is chosen and the date is available we will require a $1000 USD non-refundable (creditable) deposit as per our Terms & Conditions. 

  • Add on your margin. We sell you the wholesale price, you then add on top what you want to make per person to create your own selling price for your clients.

  • We will send you a draft Itinerary for viewing and you are required to fill in the gaps where you would like to teach if this is something you will be doing. Please send this to us in a Word Document.

  • Once the above step is completed we will create your Itinerary and Flyer which we will send to you so you can use for your own marketing. We will then add you to our website so anyone can view and download your itinerary and contact you directly if they wish to make a booking.

  • You will have the full logistics schedule for your Retreat so you are aware of where you need to be and what you need to do throughout the whole Retreat.

  • A Team Member will be available at any time during your marketing process and your retreat should you require any assistance and extra support. If you require a team member to be on your retreat each day, then please discuss this on your discovery call and this will be arranged for an additional fee. 

  • We will keep you updated and send a reminder message two weeks before payments are due as per the Terms & Conditions.

OUR SUGGESTIONS FOR MARKETING:

  • Once you have your Itinerary and Flyer from us we recommend the following;

  • Post your Flyer across your Social Media accounts. 

  • Print your flyer to hand out in your classes.

  • Do an email marketing campaign sending your Itinerary and links to your website.

  • Update your website with your Bali Retreat

  • Keep sharing your website links and marketing materials across all platforms.

  • Create some cool posts with Canva and get the excitement flowing.

COVID 19: Full (two shots) COVID 19 Vaccination is a requirement to enter Bali as of July 2022. Please ask us for updates as they change frequently.

Brand new Boutique healing centre was built in 2021 in the middle of rice paddies in quiet rural area 15 minutes drive from popular UBUD. It consist of 4 buildings with 8 rooms , 1 double floor building with restaurant, fully equipped yoga shala and spa, 1 building with the reception.

 

All buildings are nestled in the lush garden. In the central part of the garden is huge swimming pool. The pool is suitable also for aqua aerobic or aqua yoga.

 

Spa offers variety of beauty and healing treatments. Restaurant offers all kind of food and styles – Vegan , vegetarian, Indonesian as well as western food.

 

All items in menu are made of organic ingredients and with use of coconut or olive oil. The menu is based mainly on local and seasonal ingredients.
