You don't have to reserve all the rooms to conduct a retreat.
Guests can start checking in to the room from 2 pm onwards every day. Meanwhile, the latest check-out time is at 12 pm. Should you want to stay longer at the resort's area, you can drop your luggage at the front desk while enjoying your time around the resort's area or going out to explore Ubud area.
You are welcome to arrive early at the resort and enjoy the main facilities. But the resort can not guarantee your room readiness since it depends on the check-out time of the previous guest (check-out time is at 12 pm). Should your room is ready before check-in time, the staff will assign you to the room immediately.
You are more than welcome to leave your luggage at the front desk if you are planning to depart later than check out time. Outside guests that visit to enjoy the resort's services are also allowed to keep the luggage at the front desk while you are doing activities at the resort's area.
Guests can find basic supplies in the souvenir shop that is located on the first floor right beside the front desk. Other than basic daily supplies, the resort also sell authentic Balinese souvenirs for you to bring back home.
The Luxury Resort offers high-speed Wi-Fi service; however, the speed of the connection is influenced by weather conditions and the service provider, factors that are outside of their control.
First-aid box with basic supplies is always prepared for guests to anticipate any unwanted circumstances. For first aid, the resort has generic medicine for cold and headache. If you have further complications or other symptomps of sickness, you may ask the staffs' assistance about the nearest hospital information.
The shuttle service operates hourly from 10 am until 9 pm every day from and to Ubud Center. The meeting point will be in front of Milk & Madu near Ubud Palace. It is advisable to book your seats in advance with the staffs.
The resort is about 40 km away from the International Airport Ngurah Rai. It will take approximately 90 minutes drive depends on the traffic.
