The six houses vary significantly in size and layout — The Gladak (40 sqm, 2 guests) and The Barn (50 sqm, 2 guests) suit solo travelers or couples; The Den (80 sqm, 4 guests) and The Barn suit small sub-groups; The Temple and The Tower (both 100 sqm, 6 guests) accommodate larger clusters; The Mansion (235 sqm, 7 guests) is the main gathering anchor for larger groups.
Full retreat capacity is 10–25 guests; minimum retreat use requires booking the full property.
All bedrooms include air-conditioning; houses also feature open-air living areas and terraces with jungle or rice field views.
Bed configurations are primarily queen-size across all houses, with a mix of ensuite and shared bathrooms depending on the house.
