DAILY YOGA SESSION
Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India and aim to control and still the mind, recognizing a detached witness-consciousness untouched by the mind (Chitta) and mundane suffering (Duḥkha).
Yoga as exercise is a physical activity consisting mainly of postures, often connected by flowing sequences, sometimes accompanied by breathing exercises, and frequently ending with relaxation lying down or meditation.
You can choose as many sessions as you want within the week. All styles of Yoga are available. All these sessions happen at the venue. Meditation classes are also available.
Minimum: 5 pax
Duration: 60 Minutes (Longer sessions are possible if required)
