ELEPHANT MUD BATH

Bali Zoo is the first zoo on the island of Bali. here you can see various types of rare animals from within the country to rare animals from abroad. Bali Zoo elephant mud fun is one of the most famous program which conducted by Bali Zoo for elephant lovers.


Bali Zoo allows guest to get down and dirty with our friendly Sumatran elephants while discovering all about their behavior and lifestyle from our experienced mahout handlers.  You’ll learn interesting facts such as, it is very common to find elephants basking in mud during the summer months because their high body temperature generates a great deal of metabolic heat.


In this experience, you can play in mud with the elephant, feed them, interact with them and clean them. Elephants in Bali zoo are very well taken care of. They are not mistreated in any sort of way.

Zoo has their own timings of admissions for different activities. We can incorporate them seamlessly in to our retreat experience.
