Begin your morning with a light breakfast of coffee, tea, and fresh fruits as you’re introduced to the philosophy of the Balinese food forest. Continue with a guided foraging walk, where you’ll harvest seasonal ingredients, discover edible plants, and learn about traditional processes such as collecting palm sap (nira) and its transformation into palm sugar and local beverages.


The experience concludes with a hands-on cooking session, where you’ll prepare and enjoy a nourishing meal using the ingredients you’ve gathered. Complete the journey by learning how to make traditional herbal jamu, offering a holistic connection to Bali’s culinary and healing heritage.
