GAJAH PUTIH FINE DINING

Step into Ubud's most theatrical dining experience — an intimate evening where a chef-crafted tasting menu unfolds course by course alongside a live theatre performance telling stories of Balinese ritual, nature, and daily life. Set in an elegant venue in Lodtunduh, just outside central Ubud, Gajah Putih blends fine dining with dinner theatre in a way that's genuinely one of a kind on the island.

Guests are seated for a multi-course set menu, each dish paired with a scene of the evening's live performance. Two alternating shows rotate through the week's schedule: Lingkaran, which tells the story of Bali's sunrise and traditional morning rituals, and Malam, which turns toward evening and nighttime traditions. Each dish on the menu is designed to reflect the mood of the story being told on stage — so the meal and the performance move through the evening together, course by course, scene by scene. The result feels less like dinner-with-entertainment and more like a single, continuous piece of theatre.

The venue is intimate by design, seating a maximum of around 30 guests, which keeps the atmosphere close and the performance genuinely immersive rather than distant.
