SNORKELING TOUR
Snorkeling is one of the best ways to slow down and connect with nature on retreat. Floating above coral gardens with colourful fish all around and maybe a sea turtle gliding by is pure calm. With expert local guides and good-quality gear, it suits complete beginners as well as confident swimmers.
In Bali, the tour takes you to Blue Lagoon in Karangasem, on the island’s east coast, about 90 minutes from Ubud. This small, sheltered bay has calm, clear water and coral gardens just a short swim from the beach, making it one of the easiest and most rewarding snorkeling spots on the island. Your guide will lead the group over the reef, pointing out colourful fish and other marine life along the way, before you relax on the beach and soak up the coastal views.
Snorkeling is also available in Lombok, where the best spot depends on where your group is staying. Groups around Senggigi can head to Gili Meno, known for its turtles and underwater statues. Groups on the South Coast can explore the quiet, crystal-clear waters of the Secret Gilis.
