THE DOME
Step into The Dome — a traditional temazcal or sweat lodge ceremony designed to purify the mind, body, and spirit. This ancient ritual is more than just a steam bath — it’s a sacred journey guided by the elements of Water, Earth, Fire, and Air.
Over approximately four hours, you’ll take part in a meaningful process that opens the space to the seven directions, sets intentions with the fire, and guides you into the enclosed dome. Inside, hot volcanic stones are brought in four times, each release of steam marking a new “door” of transformation. You’ll breathe deeply, sing, pray, and embrace the heat as a tool to release fear, find resilience, and reconnect to yourself.
The experience ends with a refreshing shower, tea, fresh fruit, and a closing circle under the stars — leaving you with a profound sense of clarity, balance, and renewal.
